My Forensic Psychology Dream

Hello all. My name is Sean Hadley. I have read incredible amounts of books to achieve my dream of becoming a forensic psychologist(profiler). But regardless of how much I know about the subject I still don't know what to do in order to get noticed for colleges/jobs.
