Forensic Psychology Specialization

Hello,

I am a senior in High School who has decided to study forensic psychology as a career. My dream has always been to work with the actual offenders and either evaluate them for court, or evaluate and plan treatment for them. However, I am confused as to what masters and doctorate programs I should be in, in order to fulfill this goal, since masters and doctorate programs vary on clinical and research basis.

Would I go a more clinical route in order to work in conditions as I stated above? What schools offer this sort of program?
